Pilates
is a series of controlled exercises designed to tighten and tone
the body. It is a slow and steady training concentrating on core
strength and stabilisation.
You will learn to move with rhythm,
breathing, co-ordination and balance
You will improve posture, strength
and flexibility
You will achieve a flatter stomach,
stronger back and better muscle tone
Six week courses of Pilates Matwork
Exercises will start at Betchworth Village Hall on Wednesday 25th
February 10:00-11:00am and 11:15am-12:15pm
